Four decades on the Alang coastline
Sachdeva Steel Products (Ship Breaking Unit) LLP and Jai Jagdish Ship Breakers Pvt. Ltd. have been in the business since ship recycling activity began at Alang in 1983. What started as Madhav Industrial Corporation has grown into two dedicated units with a combined record of 71 vessels safely dismantled.

The Yard Process
From arrival to re-rolling mill
Every vessel moves through four controlled stages, each with its own inspection gate, waste stream and record.
Beaching & Survey
Vessel arrival, gas-free certification and a full inventory of hazardous materials before any cutting begins.
Controlled Dismantling
Block-by-block cutting on impermeable flooring, with cranes and winches rated to the load profile of each section.
Waste Segregation
Asbestos, oils, PCBs and e-waste separated into licensed streams and routed to authorised downstream facilities.
Recovery & Reuse
Re-rollable plate, machinery and fittings graded, weighed and released back into the Indian steel economy.

The Early Years
Our founder established the group with a single recycling yard at Alang, driven by environmental stewardship and a deep understanding of the maritime trade. The early years went into building a skilled team and investing in facilities.

Growth & Expansion
Sachdeva Steel Products (Ship Breakers) formalised the operation, and Jai Jagdish Ship Breakers Pvt. Ltd. followed a year later — doubling capacity and equipping both yards to handle ships of all sizes.
